It has been almost two months since we moved from Arizona because of my husband's new job! We drove in our completely packed Honda Odyssey and we lived in a hotel for 1.5months...which was very difficult for this mama. Then we moved into our new house we bought at the end of October and I feel like I can finally breathe. I can just let kids scream/cry/laugh as loud as they can! And we have backyard so they can just play as much as they want!
We got snow storm last month and it was such an eye opening experience for my husband, Brian, who grew up in Arizona and for me as well. It snowed so much that it took for a couple of hours before Brian was able to leave for work. And we weren't prepared for snow. AT ALL. Poor kids only had Crocs shoes, and no gloves or snow clothes. And it was crazy how difficult it was for us to find waterproof gloves for them here in Colorado. All the stores we went didn't have any! But now, we got everything they need to play in the snow! And they LOVE it. They don't care how cold it is outside they just want to be outside and play. On the contrary....I just want to sit by the fireplace and drink hot cocoa... and take a nap:)
During the hotel stay Tyler turned four. He still loves trains, pushing his firetruck around, reading books and loves watching Octonauts on Netflix. He started preschool two weeks ago and he loves his teachers and new friends. When I go pick him up at school he gets so happy to see me and gives me a big hug and kiss, which makes me so incredibly happy! He knows I am pregnant and he says, "I want to give that baby a hug and kiss!" I know he will be a wonderful brother to this little baby who is due in January:)
This guy...really hard for me to snap any pics of him! He moves, runs away from camera and makes silly faces. He even says to me, "mom I don't have time for pictures. I am too busy!" This picture is a rare shot of him smiling and being still in front of camera!
Jack turned two last month. He is definitely going through terrible two phase. He would scream, hit and throw stuff when he is upset. He would not sit down on shopping cart. He would go opposite direction when I want him to come to me in public. He would try to take whatever Tyler has. But he actually is a sweet boy. He started to talk a lot. He still calls me "Ne-Mu" instead of mommy... I don't know why. He gives me kiss and say "good day!" and pretend he is leaving (he is just copying what daddy does when he leaves for work). He loves Mickey Mouse (he calls it Kippu). And he LOVES jumping. And I think he knows that baby is in my belly so he gives kisses on my belly and says "BABY!" I am really nervous about how he would react when the baby is born, but I hope he will be a good brother to the baby! :)
Oh, Jack loves camera and loves loves taking pictures. He says "cheeeese" and is so good at being still for me to snap pictures of him! So naturally...there are more pics of him. haha.
